Aspire Housing Group Managing Director Luke Forman said the Accelerator provided an ideal environment to grow his National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) administration business.
“The Innovation Centre has a great atmosphere with nice facilities and the flexibility to alter our office requirements in the future as we grow as a team,” he said.
“The networking opportunities with other like-minded companies is also likely to create win-win opportunities for all.”
Mr Forman is also about to graduate from an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), a flexible study program offered by USC which focuses on current business and management practices.
“Since commencing my EMBA, sales have increased more than 500 percent, particularly due to the fact that most of my assignments were focused on Aspire Housing Group.
Innovation Centre Marketing Coordinator Hayley Passmore said the University’s close links with the Innovation Centre provided entrepreneurial-minded students with opportunities they may not have had access to elsewhere.
“The Innovation Centre is a flourishing business hub full of innovative businesses, and we connect entrepreneurs with the skills and resources that drive successful business outcomes,” she said.
