IC entrepreneurs guest lecture at USC

Innovation Centre businesses have answered the call to provide over 80 USC students, including an audience of 30% international students, with insights on their business journey.

USC Faculty of Business Lecturer Dr Leone Cameron has invited nine Innovation Centre entrepreneurs as guest speakers for the course ‘Small Business & New Venture Management’ in semester one.

These guest speakers include Shane Cunningham, i3000; Kath Massey, Massey Online; Matt Forman, Traffika; Mark Leckenby, Auzion Sustainable Solutions; Michael Molloy, dtb!; Phil Reardon, Schoolzine; Nigel Hall and Colin Graham, Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast.

The guest speakers will share their experiences of running a business and how they have benefitted from the invaluable support of mentoring provided by the Innovation Centre team.

At the end of the schedule students enrolled in this course will be given an opportunity to present their business plans to the Innovation Centre in the key focus sectors of Digital (ICT), Clean technology, Creative industries and Health technology.
