Clean Futures Conference highlights Cleantech hotspot

Queensland Minister for Tourism, Manufacturing and Small Business Jan Jarratt officially opened the event at the University of the Sunshine Coast Innovation Centre and was followed by Sustainable Business Australia CEO Andrew Petersen.
Chair of Cleantech Industries Sunshine Coast Bruce Napier said the event underscored the important place the sector had on the future of the local economy.
"This event is a great development in the local clean tech sector," he said. "It also provides an opportunity to gain information and network together as an industry."
The conference is proudly supported by Sunshine Coast Council, Regional Development Australia, the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, and the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast, and is presented in partnership with Cleantech Industries Sunshine Coast.
