eLearning Australia Business and Compliance Administrator
Position type: Work Experience
Hours: 5 hours per week 
  • Unpaid position initially. Potential for part time employment after 6 months.This role is also suitable for a masters student 

Key Objectives:

To assist with the administration of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and develop a management system to ensure compliance is met.
 
Key Duties:

• Create an RTO compliance management system to aid meeting on-going compliance requirements 
• Create online versions of forms to be sent to registration authority
• Self asses eLearning Australia’s operations against the standards for Registered Training Organisations
• Assist with audits of eLearning Australia


Skills Required:

Essentials:   
• Sound IT knowledge
• Business administration skills
• System’s management
• Ability to work within project deadlines
Desired:  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work without supervision
