Another Design Telemarketer
Position type: Part Time Paid Role
(Please not this role is not commission based)

Key Objectives:

We are looking for a telemarketer to join our business to business call centre. Ideally you study business administration and have great telephone manners to represent high end financial practices.
 
Key Duties:

• Follow up selected businesses with view to register owners into event (workshop or seminar)
• Issue online registrations
• Call selected businesses with view to book our business advisors into meetings with business owners
• General adminisatration duties

Skills Required:

Essentials:   
• Excellent telephone manners
• Great sense of humour
• Computer skills: know your way around online registrations (like Eventbrite provider), understand CRM (Customer Relationship Management), even a basic knowledge of Outlook will do. However if you are familiar with other programs like Sugar, APS or ACT it would be super. You need to know your way around spreadsheet (MS Excel). And all other MSOffice programmes.
 
Desired:  
• Understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems
• Understanding what accounting or financial planning practice does
• Have basic knowledge in marketing or lead generation
 
Start Date:

Able to begin as soon as possible
